Daniel P. Randolph is a Senior Partner of the law firm of Ritter & Randolph, LLC.
Dan graduated from Xavier University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Communication Arts. He also earned a Masters degree in Counseling from Troy University and received his Juris Doctor degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Dan has practiced in the areas of Corporate and Business Law, Elder Law, Estate and Charitable Planning, Family Law & Domestic Relations, Litigation, Probate, Estate & Trust Administration, Real Estate Law and Title Insurance Claims Defense for 35 years.

Mr. Randolph is licensed to practice law in the States of Ohio and Kentucky. He is also admitted to practice law in the U. S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals, 6th Circuit; U. S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio; U. S. District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky and the U. S. Tax Court.

Dan is a member of the National Association of Estate Planners, Ohio State Bar Association, Cincinnati Bar Association, Cincinnati Estate Planning Council, Kentucky Bar Association and Northern Kentucky Bar Association.

He is Manager of Cambridge Land Title Agency, Inc.

Dan’s community involvement includes serving as President and Trustee of the Cambridge Charitable Foundation, Chair of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra’s Planned Giving Committee, Board Member of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Advisory Board Member of the UC Hillel Foundation, Advisory Board Member of Chabad Center of Blue Ash and is on the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden’s Planned Giving Committee.
