The Elly Roedel Charitable Fund

The Elly Roedel Charitable Fund was established in 2006 by Elly Roedel to benefit qualified 501(c)(3) charities in the Greater Cincinnati area (except for mission related work) with first consideration given to certain named charities or causes.

Past grant recipients include the Alzheimer’s Association of Greater Cincinnati to help fund its Dementia Acute Hospitalization Project, Fleming Road United Church of Christ to fund its Disaster Response Program, Pink Ribbon Girls to fund its Mommy Has Breast Cancer Program, Multiple Sclerosis Society – Ohio Valley Chapter to help fund its Direct Assistance Program, Personal Guardianship Services to fund its new telecommunication equipment and Pilot Dogs, Inc. to assist in funding its Guide Dog Training Program.

Grant Applications. The Foundation does accept unsolicited grant applications. Grants made to organizations will generally be made only for specific projects and not for general operating funds.
